Power Presses

We own 5 power presses of various sizes and tonnage capacities.

  1. 10 ton power press: This is newly installed machinery that we use for high production of micro metal sheet operations like punching, bending and offset bending. We own two of these presses.

  2. 20 ton power press: This too, is a newly installed power press for high production for slightly heavier operations like 90 degree bends, bright bar bends, curvature bends and slotting/ punching operations.

  3. 50 ton power press: This is a strongly built, floor grounded, cast iron body c-type pillar power press with a large die bed. We use this power press for mass production of bigger metal sheet components undergoing, blanking, cutting and complex bending of thicker mild steel components of starting thickness of 5 mm.

  4. 100 ton power press: This is an extremely powerful, grounded, h-type pillar, steady power press used solely for mass producing of parts undergoing blanking and cutting operations with starting thickness of 7.5 mm.

Welding Machines

We own two types of welding machines: namely a spot welding machine and an induction welding machine.

  1. Spot Welding Machine: This is an auto-pneumatic spot welding machine that is incredibly fast with the ability to customize zigs. It has a variable current setting and a variable pressure setting to spot weld almost any part with a starting weld width target of 50 mm.

  2. Induction Welding Machine: This is a new machine that is used for the purpose of mass brazing operations. It has customisable zigs and a capacity of heating up to 1800 degrees celsius for upto 30 seconds per operation.

Grinding Machines

We own two types of grinders: namely a surface grinder and a bench grinder.

  1. Bench grinder: We own a bench grinder that is grounded into the floor by a toughened load bearing pole. It has two work wheels; one for a rough finish that is used for removal of surface material and the other for buffing or smoothening; that creates a uniform and smooth layer on the metal workpiece.

  2. Surface Grinder: This is a large machine containing a big workbench laid on top of a powerful permanent magnet. The magnet can be toggled on or off to engage the workpiece in a steady state so it can be grinded by the blade. The blade is a chipper blade which helps reduce the size of the grinded workpiece very accurately. The surface grinder also has three variable axises that makes it able to work and grind any metal piece with ease.

Tapping Machines

We own  two high speed tapping machines that have a variable drill capability.

  1. High speed electric tapping machines: We own two tapping machines with a precision error of 0.0.5 mm. They are high speed machines that can easily bore holes in metal parts upto 8.00 mm. They are also subject to variable drills which can make it also perform threading functions on any industry standard diameter sizes.
